Being a CEO is a thankless position. Your investors want you to do more with less, your customers want to pay less and demand more, and your employees want to be paid more and do less. Doing what is right for all stakeholders can be confusing at best. All great companies break at some point or another, but the reason they break shouldn’t start with you.
As a former CEO and founder of my own company, I have felt all these pressures. I have had many successes and just as many failures. And as a former venture capitalist, I have seen dozens of other CEOs face the same struggles. I want to leverage my experiences to coach entrepreneurs and CEOs on how to effectively grow their companies and address the systemic issues that cause many of them to fail.
Over the last three years I have deployed more than $15M in growth capital to early stage companies, and I have helped founders and CEO navigate sophisticated challenges. As a result of coaching, management frameworks, and data driven strategy, I successfully increased enterprise value of the portfolio by 333%. I am currently on the board of some of the fastest growing technology companies in Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, and San Diego.
Make a decision. Make some changes.
