I hope everyone had a great first week of the year. I’ve had a foot injury that is affecting my running. I am pretty annoyed by it. I am now in the throws of deciding California HMO process vs private pay. I feel like as the years go by the more and more I have to manage my own health. I am definitely going to be researching the decentralization of healthcare as well as self insured (HSA) plans as investment themes this year.

Not much on the listens except for the All in Podcast which isn’t worth mentioning because everyone listens to it.
