Over the summers I usually spend my workouts running and cycling mostly because of the incredible weather and incredible scenery. This summer has been a breakout for me in terms of speed and endurance. I think its because my diet is better and now to testosterone replacement therapy. I have a virtual coach that is getting me ready for a 100M ride in November and a half marathon in January. Shout out to Krista LaPan at Red Dog Endurance! I’ll never reach David Goggins levels but I definitely am “putting out” 6-days per week. Enjoy this weeks reads and listens!

I usually don’t put my weekly listen to the All In Pod on my weekly listens as I think it would be too redundant. This episode is fantastic however as I feel the conversations are deeper. Maybe because J Cal isn’t on it?
Have a great weekend everyone! See you on Monday!
